Development History

The development of the patented HeadCradle™ Flex-Wing Support System began more than six years ago with a clear goal: to create a travel support solution that addressed comfort and stability challenges not solved by conventional travel pillows. Over the course of six years, the design underwent extensive research, prototyping, testing, and refinement to optimize performance, portability, and user comfort.

Following this development process, a U.S. patent application was filed in June 2022 to protect the innovative flex-wing support technology and its unique functionality. After a thorough examination by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), the patent was officially granted in December 2025.

Today, the patented Flex-Wing Support System represents the culmination of six years of innovation and product development, providing a unique intellectual property asset that can be commercialized as a standalone product or integrated into existing travel pillow product lines.
