Steve Brady – Inventor & Co-Founder

Steve Brady is an inventor, entrepreneur, and video producer with a passion for identifying unmet consumer needs and developing innovative solutions. His diverse creative background includes producing video content and authoring the children's book Mush-A-Roo: The Adventures of Seven the "Dog Sledding" Kangaroo.

Driven by a lifelong interest in product design and problem-solving, Steve developed the patented Flex-Wing Support System to address common shortcomings found in traditional travel pillows, focusing on improved support, portability, and user comfort.

Els Brady, PT – Co-Founder & Product Advisor

Els Brady is a licensed Physical Therapist with more than 35 years of clinical experience helping patients improve mobility, function, comfort, and overall quality of life. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with individuals experiencing neck, back, and postural issues, providing valuable insight into ergonomic support and body mechanics.

Her extensive healthcare background contributed to the development and evaluation of the Flex-Wing Support System, helping ensure that the design not only delivers comfort but also promotes improved head and neck positioning during travel.
